At Skyview Lounge, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our guests. If you have placed an order through our website or app and are not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

1. Order Issues (Incorrect, Missing, or Unsatisfactory Items)
If your order is incorrect, missing items, or did not meet expectations, please contact us within 60 minutes of receiving your order.

Provide the following:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos if applicable

We may offer:

A replacement

Store credit

A partial or full refund (at our discretion)

2. Order Cancellations


Orders may be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them if food preparation has not begun.
To cancel, call us immediately at +267 744313447. After preparation begins, cancellations and refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Technical Issues (Double Charges or Failed Orders)


If you were charged twice or your order failed but payment was processed, contact us with your order number and payment details. Verified issues will be refunded promptly.

4. Refund Processing Time

 

Refunds will be returned to your

original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

 

5. No-Show or Uncollected Orders


Orders not collected or undeliverable due to incorrect details or customer unavailability are not eligible for a refund.
